On behalf of the Technical Program Committee, it is our pleasure to welcome you to the First IEEE Workshop on Performance and Management of Wireless and Mobile Networks. This workshop is held in conjunction with the 30 IEEE Conference on Local Computer Networks, LCN in Sydney, Australia. The co-location of this workshop will provide an excellent opportunity for the workshop participants to exchange ideas with experts in computer networks and mobile computing.
